AVIC-INTL Project Engineering Company comes to HSPC for investigation and negotiation

On December 9, the leaders of AVIC-INTL Project Engineering Company(AVIC) came to Hunan Sany Polytechnic College(HSPC) for investigation and discussed the Engineering machinery operator training project. Dai Xiaojia, Director of the International Exchange Center, Su Huan, Training manager of the Training Center, and Wan Yi, Person in charge of Sany Cultural Industry Center, attended the reception.

The leaders of AVIC visited the Training Center, Sany Cultural Industry Center and Engineering training field, and highly appraised the software and hardware facilities of the college.

At the conference, Dai Xiaojia, Director of the International Exchange Center, extended a warm welcome to all the leaders and briefly introduced the college's international business from the aspects of international classes, international training, studying in SANY, cooperation in running schools, etc. She pointed out that the internationalization development of the college aims to endow enterprises with internationalization and solve the pain points of talents encountered in the process of enterprise internationalization. Then, Su Huan, manager of the training center, elaborated on the training system of construction machinery talents. He pointed out that Sany group has high requirements for the quality of Engineering machinery talents. We have cutting-edge technical means, advanced training equipment and experienced teaching staff, which can provide the best training scheme for enterprises.

Siwei, manager of AVIC International Department, highly recognized the college's international talent training work. He said that HSPC's concept is very advanced, and the integration of production and education is accurate and effective, which can effectively help enterprises become more international.

Subsequently, the two sides discussed the issues of concern. It is reported that AVIC will build a vocational training school in Uganda. This visit mainly talks about teacher training and curriculum construction, and plans to work with the college to make efforts for the development of Vocational Education in Uganda.

Finally, AVIC international extended a sincere invitation to our school to welcome our teachers to visit Uganda. We hope that in the future, the two sides will further strengthen exchanges and interaction, explore the possibility of cooperation, and promote the common development of both schools and enterprises.
